PV-ATL/ESSX Rental Policy:

• Poles are rented for 30 days at $35 + Tax/Fee per pole regardless of length, weight, etc.  All rented poles will be new ESSX poles.

• Poles can be rented for longer than 30 days, but the rental fee is billed in 30-day increments.

​

• All pole rentals are done through an APP downloaded available on both Android & Apple.  There is no paperwork to be filled out and it is a 100% paperless method of renting poles – This process will be sent out when finalized.

• Poles can be returned at any time and exchanged for a different pole for no extra cost.  Coaches will meet athletes/families at the PV-ATL facility to exchange poles at practice times and/or other coordinated times with the coaches.  Please understand that the coaches will do their best to accommodate these coordinated times of exchanges, but practice times are the most ideal for us.

• PV-ATL will work with families who need assistance, recognizing that this is a change to our program. Each situation will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
